This might be the oldest bug in Antetype, probably first reported it in 2013. When using keyboard shortcuts to move a cell forward and backward, the selection remains/changes to the cell that was in the moved cell’s original location in the stacking order.
Thanks for reporting again. I couldn’t find it, so I added it again to the bug tracker.
