Repeat Event not doing anything

I want a message to appear on screen, then fade after 10 seconds and immediately after, collapse. Then, it should reappear and start over after 20 seconds. I have tried to make this happen with the “repeat” event but it’s not quite working… Am I doing it wrong?

you have to “start” the Repeat-Event:
